Getting Started

1. Go to the website or open the program to be used.
2. Use your finger to navigate. Your finger works just like the mouse.
3. To write on the board use a pen from the pen tray.
4. When you pick up a pen the digital ink layer will open. You will see a border around the screen.
5. Use the eraser tool to erase writing.
6. After you are finished writing put the pen down.
7. When you touch the board again a menu will open. This gives you the opportunity to save what you just wrote on the board.
8. You can select save ink to save the screen notes and display. The notes will be sent to the notebook.
9. This also opens the Notebook software. (It will be in the Windows notification area)
10. Touch the board again and select close ink layer. The border will disappear.
11. To see the notes click the SMART Notebook , in the Windows notification area.
12. Press file AND save to save and name the file.
